About Gigolo Seduction
On Gigolo Seduction…
Long in passion’s service, confident Asif enjoys his life as a thirty-something escort, bringing romance into the lives of metropolitan socialite cougars. Gifted at seducing wealthy white MILFs and bringing them endless pleasure, the arrogant Persian eschews investing in a personal life. A chance meeting with young artist, Cass, while on the job at a gala event, changes his perspective on women forever, and unleashes desires Asif never knew he had.
Here’s an excerpt:
“Are your works always so intricate?”
She shakes her head, again scanning the tower, though my eyes stay on her. “Frescoes are always detailed and hard work, but this is way above and beyond. Layering in kinetic elements to give moving light and dimensional depth is my dream project come true. Most of my projects are just frescoes.”
“Just frescoes.” I laugh. “They’re noble and valiant relics in the art world.”
“They’re actually in high demand.” Her tone is matter-of-fact. “Though few people can afford them.”
“Well, you’ve outdone yourself here,” I affirm. Her smile is sincere, her pride evident, elegant, enchanting.
“It’s taken quite a long time to come together, and I’ve left the plasterer more than a little frustrated on several occasions.”
“I can’t imagine him staying angry for long….”
“They’ve given me deep creative license over the project, so that’s saved my ass a couple of times. It’s kind of mind-blowing to work on something so limitlessly funded.”
Our eyes lock for mere seconds and the silence is disturbing. “I was just going for a bite to eat. Would you care to join me?”
Cass nods. “I’d like to, but I need to finish this section. This medium doesn’t wait well.”
She’s genuinely interested and I want her to be. I want her to be as affected as I am. Before I can prod further she asks, “Maybe another time?”
Reluctantly, I follow her to the elevator. She opens it with a pass card attached to a cord coiled on the drawstring of her pants. My eyes linger on the brilliant green gem in her navel.
“What’s your name?”
“Asif,” I reply without hesitating. The sound is bare, like a secret revealed, though I don’t understand why. I always use my real name.
“Another time, Asif.”
The doors slide closed, and I agree.
Bio
Mezzofiction author, Fierce is imagination shapeshifted as a scribe taunting blank pages and carpal tunnel, neither of which are much use for deadlines. Close allies are impeccable timing and a trusty masseuse. Being a switch I/ENFP doesn’t hurt. For kicks Fierce has other personas across several genres, tends to fill in “Other” on surveys without explaining, and chooses the finality of the Japanese Tamagotchi.
In summary: Fierce write all kind of dirty things that you probably shouldn’t ever read…

Live and Let Fly Blog Tour stop…
I’d like to welcome Karina Fabian today and introduce her book, LIVE AND LET FLY! Read on and check it out, then find you scavenger hunt clue…below…
Thanks for stopping by!
Kerry Adrienne–
For a dragon detective with a magic-slinging nun as a partner, saving the worlds gets routine. So, when the US government hires Vern and Sister Grace to recover stolen secrets for creating a new Interdimensional Gap–secrets the US would like to keep to itself, thank you—Vern sees a chance to play Dragon-Oh-Seven.
No human spy, however, ever went up against a Norse goddess determined to exploit those secrets to rescue her husband. Sigyn will move heaven and earth to get Loki—and use the best and worst of our world against anyone who tries to stop her.
It’s super-spy spoofing at its best with exotic locations (Idaho–exotic?), maniacal middle-managers, secret agent men, teen rock stars in trouble, man-eating animatronics, evil overlords and more!
If there’s such a thing as ADD of the imagination, Karina Fabian has it—in spades. Craft books, devotionals, serious science fiction, comedic horror and chilling fantasy—she follows her interests and the characters that tell her their stories.
Even before she could write, Karina strung tall tales about everything from making human pyramids in Kindergarten to visiting alien worlds. Her first attempt at novel writing was in fourth grade; she completed her first novel in college. However, her first published work was an anthology of Christian science fiction, Leaps of Faith, an EPPIE finalist for best anthology in 2006. Her next anthology, Infinite Space, Infinite God, featured Catholic characters and themes and won the EPPIE for science fiction. The second Infinite Space, Infinite God anthology came out in 2010.
Watching the comedy improve show, Whose Line Is It, Anyway, inspired her noir-style dragon detective, Vern. Vern and his partner, Sister Grace, have solved mysteries and saved the Faerie and Mundane worlds numerous numerous times in the DragonEye, PI stories and novels. Their serial story, World Gathering, won a Mensa Owl; and the novel, Magic, Mensa and Mayhem (Fabian’s first published novel), won the INDIE for best fantasy in 2010. Clue: Gloria Quatrini shoes
And the winner is…
Pam Rosensteel!!!!! (I’ve sent you an email, Pam!)
Thanks so much, everyone for hopping along on the Easter bloggie hop! I hope you all had fun and I hope many of you won prizes along the way. See you on the next hop…

Senator, Mine is on Amazon…
Late last night, on my oldest daughter’s 18th birthday, I went to check Amazon to see if SENATOR, MINE had been loaded, and sure enough–it had. I am so thrilled to be among Decadent Publishing 1Night Stand authors-such a fabulous group to join. You can see the entire 1NS list here: http://www.decadentpublishing.com/index.php?cPath=75_105&osCsid=pbric4stp1fg3scoi50hihh633
Blurb for SENATOR, MINE:
Eleanor’s dream of a romantic tour of Italy shatters when her long-time boyfriend breaks up with her in Pompeii. Determined to enjoy the once in a lifetime vacation, she enlists the 1NS service. She continues her trip, stopping to buy a small golden signet in a mysterious antiquities shop in Rome.
Darius, a hard-working Senator in Ancient Rome, is puzzled by the Sibyl’s words: You will not find love in your lifetime. Hoping to find a measure of happiness, he agrees to the Sibyl’s quest. In the olive grove, he spots Eleanor, a barbarian wearing his stolen senator’s ring.
A night spent together may be just what they both need to break down the columns of time that stand between them.
Excerpt:
“What is it?” She moved closer to examine the object he held.
“A senator’s ring from the time of Augustus.” He waved the item with a flourish. “A rare and beautiful find, for a deserving young woman.”
The golden circle sparkled in the half-light like the wedding band that shone in her dreams. She tried to control her sharp intake of breath.
“A rather personal memento, wouldn’t you say?”
“It’s beautiful.”
“Indeed.”
“Which senator?” Gorgeous. What a find. Was it legal to take it out of the country? Surely it held historical significance.
“Yes, it can be exported,” the shopkeeper said. “We don’t know who owned the signet, as many records of the Senate at that time were lost, but it has been cleared by the Antiquities Commission.”
She hadn’t mentioned exporting it aloud. Had he read her mind? No, that wasn’t possible. She squirmed. Nothing about the shop or its contents felt normal. One thing was certain. The ring was amazing. And perfect.
“What does the engraving say?” she asked.
“Darius.”
She drew in a quick breath, as a gasp of warm air breezed across her neck, making the hairs stand. She shuddered. I’ve been watching too many old movies.
“As common as the name was at the time, no senators named Darius are on any rolls.” The shopkeeper pushed it closer to her face. “And Madame Eve recommends it. What do you say?”
“How much?” Eleanor whispered.
“Ah.” The shopkeeper grinned. “What price would you pay for a little ring that will change your life forever?”
As part of the blog hop, I am giving away a $25 GC to either Amazon or B&N — winner’s choice! Have fun!

Relaxation
I have been so busy the last few weeks (months), that I did not realize that my kids’ spring break started today. How sad is that? They have no school today through April 9th. Bad mommy! College daughter also turns eighteen next week. Yes, I almost missed it all. I also discovered last week that the weather had changed. I went outside and saw that the trees had bloomed–last time I noticed, the weather was cold and everything was bare.
Apparently, since Hermit Week, I have been in my office too much–only dashing out to do necessary things like take kids to school and pick up groceries and takeout. I know that when I am driving, I am thinking about all the things I have to catch up on–making lists in my mind, and writing them down at stop lights. At night, I wake a zillion times–grab my tablet or laptop and work, or just lie in bed and wait on time to get up…to work.
Does this sound like a problem? I think it likely is. Yesterday, I decided to go get a massage. “Twas fabulous. I actually got back (briefly) to the place I was at Hermit Week–A place where I had a moment of no thought. After the massage, I bought a six-month membership of massages. I think I need it. I have to start relaxing a bit. Today…as soon as I finish typing this post, actually, I am going to go get a facial. Wish me luck on relaxing. I hope your day is peaceful, too.
I’d love to hear your techniques for NOT letting work rule your life…

TUNDRA 37 book trailer
I am in the middle of editing HAVEN 6, which is book 4 in Aubrie Dionne’s NEW DAWN series and am getting a little misty that we are coming to the end of the series. *sniff* She sent me a couple of autographed copies of TUNDRA 37 last week–I can’t believe how pretty they are! In honor of such a great series, I wanted to share her trailer for TUNDRA. Here’s the blurb from Entangled’s website:
Gemme is a hi-tech matchmaker who pairs the next generation of Lifers aboard the Expedition, a deep space transport vessel destined for Paradise 18. When the identity of her lifemate pops up on her screen, she’s shocked that he’s the achingly gorgeous and highly sought after Lieutenant Miles Brentwood—a man oblivious to her existence. Believing everyone will think she contrived the match, she erases it from the computer’s memory.
Just as comets pummel the ship and destroy the pairing system forever.
With the Expedition disabled, the colonists must crash land on the barren ice world of Tundra 37 where Gemme is reassigned to an exploratory mission, led by Lieutenant Brentwood. Only in the frozen tundra does she understand the shape of his heart and why the computer has entwined their destinies.
You can check it out (and see buy links) here: http://www.entangledpublishing.com/tundra-37/
and here is the trailer—enjoy!!!
DRUID, MINE sold to Decadent Publishing
I am so happy to announce that I have sold my second 1NS to Decadent Publishing. DRUID, MINE is a time travel to Ireland on solstice-eve. The solstice fire has to be tended! I had so much fun researching for this story–even though there are mixed historical interpretations for some things, it was a ton of fun to write. The backdrop of Ireland on a summer night–what could be more beautiful and romantic?
Hermit Week
I’ve spent the last six days here near Charleston, SC enjoying LRWA’s fabulous Hermit Week. We are in a 6000 sq ft mansion right on the beach…did I mention it is fabulous?
Each day, we have quiet time until approx 5:30 or so when we gather for dinner. We either take turns cooking (we’ve had chicken casserole, salads, chimis, homemade soups…) or we go out for local fare. By local fare, I mean fried food. ugh, I have had enough to last a year…
Don’t get me wrong–the local shrimp is fantastic. But, ugh… so much of it. lol Breakfasts and lunches are on your own–make a sandwich or soup, eat cereal–whatever and whenever.
Most of the day, I am in my room writing. Some people work out in the house, but I have found my room to be a great place. Plus I can sit on my bed and see dolphins (a few times!).
I can hear the surf–even if the door is closed. Really nice. Did I mention that hermit week is fabulous?
Lots of walks on the beach. Morning, noon and night walks. Walks with friends, walks alone. Always refreshing. Pretty shells.
I’ve met some great authors here and had a terrific time. Tomorrow, I pack and leave. I can’t wait to come back!

I am so very excited to be part of the cover reveal for a fabulous novel I am editing…
LUMINOSITY (The Raven Chronicles, #1) by Stephanie Thomas (November 13, 2012)
Blurb:
“My name is Beatrice. When I was born, I was blessed with the Sight. I was immediately removed from my parents and enrolled in the Institution. At the age of twelve, I had my first true vision, earning my raven’s wings. And when I turned seventeen, one of my visions came true. Things haven’t been the same since.
The Institution depends on me to keep the City safe from our enemy, the Dreamcatchers, but I’m finding it harder to do while keeping a secret from everyone, including my best friend Gabe. It is a secret that could put us all in anger. A secret that could kill me and everyone close to me.
But the enemy has been coming to me in my dreams, and I think I’m falling in love with him. He says they’re coming. He says they’re angry. And I think I’ve already helped them win.”
